Our services are available to all users regardless of age. However, by using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law or are using the platform under the supervision of a guardian.
3. Products and Services
We offer physical goods such as agricultural products and tools, and services such as soil testing and related consultations. All orders are placed and processed via the user's account through the Website.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept payments through payment gateways supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other standard Indian payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We use trusted courier services, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
